Terroir: The 7ha Domaine is in Cresset, situated in the South, extreme Est of The Loire Valley, in the county of Allier (Auvergne). It is the region of Saint-Pourçain Appellation, which lies on the Pilgrims’ route to Santiago de Compostela.

Tasting: With a golden honey appearance with smooth and subtle butterscotch and honey start and vanilla finish. Holds perfect length.

How to Drink & Serve: Serve between 9-10°C and pair with chicken or a selection of soft cheeses.
