To kick off the festivities let's pop this truly refined and delectable 2015 Champagne from France that is sure to impress your guests. Rose Par Champagne is supple and fresh with a creamy effervescence accompanied by scents of raspberry, strawberry, licorice and almond.
Pair with: fresh prawns served with a lime and coriander mayonnaise to perfectly compliment this top-shelf aperitif.
Second Reason to Wine: Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Gaelle & Jerome
Step into this clean and delightfully perfumed French, 2017, white wine with citrus, green apple, lime and white floral notes. Puligny-Montrachet is dry with a medium body and mineral notes that linger on the palate. We can't get enough of this one!
Pair with: Smoked salmon, organic lemon, fresh coriandrum sativum and tomato spaghetti.
Third Reason to Wine: Fleurie, Trenel
Another 2017 French wine we can't live without! Fleurie delivers a deep, consistent red, beautiful purple tints and a mingling violet and peony nose with notes of cherry, pepper, licorice and leather. This crowd-pleaser is incredibly smooth and balanced on the palate while it's fruity aromas give it a powerful length.
