Our journey started a few years ago at a small vineyard in Eastern France where we began to understand the complexity and devotion that goes into the winemaking process. We sat talking over lunch in the Rhone Valley, and were captivated by the view across the vineyards and down to the Rhone glistening in the sunlight below.
